*NEW SUGGESTION*

I Suggest that we do a responsibility list that shows what were are looking at  in a admin or higher power figure. So when their about to apply you can tell them about the list and have they already read it. So when some of our members become higher power they understand your ways of looking at things .

That actually sounds like a great idea. I'll talk to everyone later tonight. I'm thinking we all do like 5 things each and put it together.
